What is a penguin cat?

The penguin cat--  Most humble of the gryphons?

Minnow and the Gryphon

Minnow and a random traditional gryphon

Minnow: Wrong! I'm not humble at all!

Minnow: I'm the best penguin-cat there is.

Narrator: I just meant-- humble as in diminutive.

Minnow: I'm compact; maneuverable. Ask Neve.

Neve: No, my ship *The Starling* is compact and maneuverable.

Neve: You, on the other hand... are a puffball.

From "On Local Wildlife," notes by Pho, "Technically a species of minor gryphon; one of the few flightless and wingless varieties. This one seems to be unaware of how small it is and picks fights with things twice it's size."
